So yesterday I had a private one hour session with Stay Upright – and the instructor was 15 minutes late! On the confirmation they send out it says that if you’re late your session might be cancelled, but they don’t say what happens if the instructor is late!

Anyways….so I was practicing my breaking (really have to grip with my knees and RELAX), and finding my fast-idle friction point and riding that back break.
So after an hour of this I left and made the very stupid mistake of going past the airport in peak hour – which means I got another 30 minutes of practising my fast-idle friction point/riding the back break technique. Oh my god, my left hand was cramping by the time I got out of all that traffic!!!
But it was definitely a good learning experience! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to practice that technique!
