GIRLS  EDUCATION   AND   RIDING   SAFETY

What is GEARS???

GEARS courses will raise your awareness of potential road hazards and help you develop strategies to maximise your safety on the road.
The course is for women only and covers:
Theory - why we do what we do
Participant Ride - metro & rural
Feedback and Review

The next GEARS course is scheduled for

Sunday 21 September 2008

9am start out at Stay Upright, Sutton.

We all need to be aware and responsive on the road and the aim of this course is to raise your awareness of potential road hazards and give you strategies you can use everyday to reduce the impact of these hazards.
The GEARS Course was designed by Got'M with the assistance of ACT Stay Upright Motorcycle Techniques to support women riders in the ACT. The continuation of the GEARS courses has been made possible with assistance from the NRMA ACT Road Safety Trust.
